If any of our products are not working for any reason due to manufacturing, our technicians will repair them free of charge. You can call or email Alco-Checkpoint and we will walk you through step by step on the phone or you may ship the electronics board to Alco-Checkpoint by UPS or United States Postal Service for a speedy repair. There are no refunds and all sales are final.
If it is determined by Alco-Checkpoint that repairs are needed due to user error, than we will replace the parts without charging for labor, only cost of parts and shipping.

HOW TO ORDER
Call or email Alco-Checkpoint and provide the following information:
Your Name, Phone Number, Shipping Address, Email Address and What You Want to Order. Please specify how you would like to pay for your order from the options above. Alco-Checkpoint will send an invoice to the email that you provide us with. Payment must be made in US funds ONLY.
Orders normally ship within 1-4 business days after payment is received depending on inventory in stock. If your order is not in stock, your order will ship as soon as it gets to us. Shipping costs are determined by your location. We ship in the USA using UPS ground unless specified that a speedier delivery method is needed. International orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail International. International orders can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive. International import duties/taxes/VATs must be PAID BY THE BUYER & ARE NOT INCLUDED!
