We want our customer’s to feel comfortable with their investment in our products. That is why we guarantee our products for one full year after purchasing. Under the manufacturer’s guarantee, if it is determined by Alco-Checkpoint that our machines have malfunctioned in any way due to manufacturing, we will repair the malfunction free of charge to the customer, for all products. Extended Guarantee’s are available.
It is rare that our products malfunction or need repairs but we do not live in a perfect world! If a repair of any type is ever needed, you may contact us by phone or email for technical support and quick fixes.
