Shipping & Payment
Alco-Checkpoint will send you an invoice for payment by email. We offer you the choice to pay via Credit Card, Fund Transfer,PayPal, or Cashiers Check. Payment must be made in US Dollars ONLY. When mailing payment, make sure to include a copy of your invoice. Orders shipped to California are eligible for sales tax.
Orders normally ship within 1-4 business days after payment is received (if inventory is in stock). Shipping cost is determined by your location. We ship in the USA via Fed-Ex ground unless specified that a speedier delivery method is needed. International orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail International. International orders can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive. International import duties/taxes/VATs must be PAID BY THE BUYER & ARE NOT INCLUDED!
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

General Merchandise Policy
Our Guarantee
We GUARANTEE our breathalyzer machines, bill and coin acceptors for one year under manufacturer’s warranty. If any of our products are not working for any reason due to manufacturing, our technicians will repair them free of charge (customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Alco-Checkpoint). You can call or email Alco-Checkpoint and we will walk you through step by step on the phone or you may ship the electronics board to Alco-Checkpoint after receiving authorization from Alco-Checkpoint, for a speedy repair. There are no refunds and all sales are final!
If it is determined by Alco-Checkpoint that repairs are needed due to user error, than we will replace the parts without charging for labor, only cost of parts and shipping.
Knowing that intoxicated people would be using our products, we at Alco-Checkpoint decided to use solid steel in the design combined with precision spot welding. The electronics are specially coated and made to withstand potential liquid splashes from users. Our products have proven to be long lasting and very durable in the craziest of environments!

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Alco-Checkpoint product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Alco-Checkpoint reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Alco-Checkpoint reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Alco-Checkpoint shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
