Customer service is always #1 and Alco-checkpoint realizes that. As with any new venture, I had a million questions. Each and every time, they answered my question right away, even after they had my money. When I ordered my machine, it came within 3 days. The machine is manufactured excellently and the set up instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. As soon as I showed the machine to the first bar owner, he wanted it and thought it was a great idea. I ordered 5 more machines & received them just as quickly. I have placed all 5 machines.This is a great side business, and I’m sure could even be developed into a full time route. Great job!! Thank you.
